Hello everyone,

I'm currently investigating a case involving an unidentified craft that was seen hovering over Anne Arundel County area, April 16th, 2009, around 03:00am. This UFO emitted a "humming" sound that was heard and seen by two witnesses.  If you have seen or heard this craft in this area (or any unusual aerial phenomena that may relate to this event) please contact me.
